What’s your return policy? (a.k.a. What if I’m – gasp - not obsessed with what I got?)
Oh no, didn’t love your goodies? First off—rude, but okay.
We get it, not every sticker is everyone’s soul sticker. That’s why we’ve got our Happiness Guarantee—because we’re obnoxiously committed to making you.
You’ve got 30 days to send it back. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and you’ve gotten prior approval from us first—because random mystery mail isn’t cute. We’ll hook you up with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and once it’s back with us, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method. (Heads up: return shipping’s on you. We’re happy, not rich.)
Now let’s talk about the drama-free stuff that’s not eligible for returns: anything marked “All Sales Final,” Sale or Clearance items, and those mystery bundles you ordered because you like to live on the edge.
Also, heads-up: some special collections, licensed items, or fancy designer collabs might have their own set of rules - because apparently, even return policies like to dress up sometimes.

What if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or - gasp - missing?!
Ugh, that’s the worst. If your shipment showed up looking like it lost a fight with a delivery truck, or we goofed and sent you the wrong item (or forgot something altogether), we’re on it.
Just shoot us an email at hello@theswearjar.com and our Customer Service Squad will jump into action faster than you can say "Where’s my sticker sheet?!"
Pro tip: If something’s damaged or missing, send us a pic of the product with your email so we can make things right and shake our fists at the Sticker Shipping Gremlins.
We’ll send out a replacement or give you a full refund (yes, including any return shipping fees). Easy peasy.
When (and how) will I get my refund?
Once your return lands back in our hands, we’ll send you a little love note with the juicy details:

What shape it’s in
And how much we’re sending back your way
A few things to keep in mind:
Refunds go back to your original payment method (no swapsies!)
Shipping & handling fees? Not refundable
It might take up to 2 weeks to hit your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to pop up on your card. So yeah… patience, grasshopper.

Refunds When Paid With Gift Cards
Used a gift card to shop? If you decide to return your goodies, we won’t cry about it - we’ll just send you an e-gift card for the full refund amount so you can spend it all over again (cue happy dance).

What if I paid with both a gift card and a credit card?
Well well well, look at you getting fancy with your payments.
Here’s how the refund dance works:
First, we’ll toss the refund onto an e-gift card (because gift card $$ stays in the fam).
Then, if there's anything left, we’ll send the rest back to the credit card you used.
